I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for immigration cases, including asylum, domestic violence, VAWA letters, and petitions for extreme hardship waivers.
For the clinical assessments, I meet with my clients two times for a total of about three hours. These interviews can be conducted in my office, virtually, or at the client’s attorney’s office. Interpreter services can be arranged. The assessments are in-depth and entail gathering the client’s history, various psychological tests, and a final assessment & evaluation. Evaluations are typically between 10 and 20 written pages, and are submitted to the client’s attorney 4 weeks from the second interview.
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the entire process. Rushed services can be arranged for an additional fee.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS
Gender Affirming Care Letters:
I provide mental health evaluations and gender-affirming care letters to transgender and gender-expansive clients who need this service in order to receive medical treatments such as surgery or prosthetics. Insurance carriers and medical teams often require such a letter to determine mental wellness before coverage and/or care can be completed.
