about my practice
I own and operate an intimate, personalized practice. I work with a small number of clients who I feel I can connect with and help. We do in-depth attachment-focused, relational work, which includes examining ego states, processing traumas big and small, and challenging long-held beliefs and norms. Feminism and liberation are a cornerstone of my therapeutic work. My practice is grounded in the understanding that traditional therapeutic approaches alone often fail to address the ways in which the societal structures we live and exist in impact our health and mental health. I offer an inclusive space where you can explore your authentic self, heal and reclaim your personal agency.
What am I like in session?
My clients describe me as warm and inviting. I pride myself on being a good listener who holds space & offers new perspectives. I love talking to people, helping people get to the root of their suffering, and helping them find themselves under layers of coping mechanisms, trauma, and adverse life experiences they’ve collected over time. I love seeing my clients find their inner badass, build resilience, and reclaim their power. My favorite thing in the world is to help people break cycles because this is where generational and community healing begins.
Yes, all of this is hard work.
It can be painful at times.
But I promise we also laugh, celebrate,
and dream, too.
I can’t promise therapy will be easy, but I can promise to do my part to make this process feel gentle, balanced,
and safe for you.

Does this sound like what you’re looking for?
You don’t want to be in therapy forever.
but you want to do in-depth, transformative work.
You want a therapist that uses evidence-based treatments that get you from your point A to your point B.
You want those ah-hah! Moments that bring about major shifts in your life.
You want to finally see a clear path forward instead of chasing your tail every dang day.
Hell Yes.
